Pescapisa S.L. today uses the most advanced techniques in the production process and developed, and these undergo strict quality control, always under the supervision of highly qualified personnel in production and laboratory. This control starts at the origin, where our professionals, examine and select the best cuttlefish and octopus for our market, rejecting anything that does not meet the parameters required by our quality control.

The peeling and gutting is done by hand, with the utmost love and care, so that our products never suffer alterations in tissue or strong dehydration.

The process of freezing, packaging and storage is performed by professionals with new advanced techniques which culminates with product traceability and identification thereof (labeling,  batch, etc..) And record temperature not lower than -18 º C.
